We know how hard it can be to keep children entertained once the schools break up, so even though our term-time classes take a rest you can find special one-off Dinky Doodlers Art classes running during most of the longer holidays. With Easter, Summer, Christmas and even Halloween Specials, we've got a wealth of fun ideas to keep your mini makers and young artists feeling inspired all year round! Whether you've been coming to our classes for years, or it's your first time - we're ready to welcome you to our classes and inspire you with our great holiday projects. If you're not sure which session would best suit your child do get in touch for a chat - we're happy to help! CURRENT HOLIDAY SESSIONS:

SUMMER WORKSHOPS FOR 6-12 YEAR OLDS: These are 2.5 hour long, drop & go classes. Children do need to be a minimum of 6 years old to attend. During each session children will create 2 art projects to take home based on the special summer theme. Students will work with a range of different art mediums across each theme, building skills and creative confidence. This year I have 3 summer themes that repeat across the holidays: ☀️ Summer Vibes ☀️ Under the Sea ☀️ Skies Above Morning sessions run from 9:30am - 12noon. Afternoon sessions run from 1pm - 3:30pm. Please note: Themes and their projects repeat across the summer - so you'll only want to book for each theme once 🙂 |
SUMMER WORKSHOPS FOR 11-13 year olds: These workshops are 2.5 hours long and all about process and experimentation. For the BOTANICAL PRINTING WORKSHOP students will be introduced to gel plate printing techniques and then explore the process while thinking about colour, harmony, composition and layering. Students will work with a range of botanical elements to create their experimental pieces. Every print is unique! By the end of the workshop, students will have several finished prints to take home. These afternoon sessions run from 1pm - 3:30pm. |

Spaces in our holiday classes tend to fill up quickly and the images above do not reflect current availability. Places must be reserved and paid for in advance to confirm the booking. Should you need to cancel your booking we offer full refunds for holiday places cancelled more than 48 hours before the class date. Please note that places cancelled less than 48 hours before the class date are non-refundable.
