ART CLUBS - Inspiring creativity!

Whether you're looking for an after school or weekend session, our Art Clubs are the perfect place for children who love drawing, painting and making to spend time being creative and learning new skills. Our ethos is one of bringing great ideas and fun projects together in a way that will both inspire and build confidence in our young artists.

Children need to be a minimum of 6 years old to attend our Art Clubs.
We have a range of mixed age group classes classes (6-12 year olds), and young aritst sessions (Year 7 and Year 8 students) running across the week and weekend (see below for current timetables).

With new projects each time the children will have the opportunity to try their hand at a range of paint techniques, learn skills for 3D modelling, and explore different ways of printing to create unique art projects.

​Over the year we'll look at traditional and more modern styles, explore form and textures, have a go at recreating artwork from around the world as well exploring seasonal themes. To help guide our work we'll focus on a different artist each half term - whether it be cubism with Picasso, Keith Haring's Street Art or Hundertwasser's close connection to nature - there's plenty to engage everyone! 

Children will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of materials including pastels, acrylics, watercolours, printing inks and clay. Each term will be different, building on key skills and help your child to develop their own style and creative confidence.

All classes and clubs are run by experienced DBS checked, fully insured tutors with years of experience working with children and young people. We are creative individuals and love sharing our passion for art with children and inspiring the next generation of artists!

Art Clubs FOR 6-12 year olds:

​Our Art Clubs for 6-12 year olds run for 10 week terms.
​Classes take place at the Colman Redland Centre in Reigate (RH2 0NA).

These are regular 1 hour long classes that run term time only.

Art Clubs for Year 7 & 8 STUDENTS:

Specially designed for our older students, these Art Clubs for Year 7 & 8 children run for 10 week terms.  With a strong emphasis on art history and practice with key art techniques, these sessions are a great choice for children wanting to take their ark skills to the next level as they move to secondary school.   Although primarily for children who've attended our  6-12 year old Art Clubs, these sessions are also open to keen young artists who would like to join us for the first time!

Children in these sessions work on a series of 2D and 3D projects each term, in addition to building up sketchbooks of their artistic practice, idea development and artist studies.  With plenty of time for idea generation, experimentation and focussed learning, these 1 hour 15minute classes explore a range of art styles, featured artists and key elements of art across the year.

Classes take place at the Colman Redland Centre in Reigate (RH2 0NA).
